丘山谷葡萄与葡萄酒融合发展示范区位于烟台市蓬莱区大辛店镇，总规划面积56平方公里，区内下辖16个行政村，3955户，9834人，人均年收入2万余元。落户精品酒庄7个，种植优质酿酒葡萄基地7000多亩，主栽马瑟兰、小芒森等不同品系40多个，年产葡萄酒2500千升。目前，20公里的环谷路和8公里的自行车环道全线贯通，绿茵之丘、秋林幽谷、丘山问道三大板块全面启动建设。

QiushanValleyGrapeandWineIntegrationDevelopmentDemonstrationZoneislocatedinDaxindianTown,PenglaiDistrict,YantaiCity,withatotalplanningareaof56squarekilometers,governing16administrativevillages,3,955households,9834people,andpercapitaannualincomeofmorethan20,000yuan.Sevenboutiquewinerieshavesettleddownhere,whichhavemorethan7,000acresofhigh-qualitywinegrapebases,mainlyplanting40+differentvarietiessuchasMatheranandsmallMunsen,withanannualoutputof2,500kilolitersofwine.Atpresent,the20-kilometerroundaboutofthevalleyand8-kilometerbicyclingcircuithavebeenfullyconnected,andtheconstructionofthreemajorareas,greenhills,autumnforestsandvalleyroadshavebeenfullystarted.

丘山谷游客综合服务中心项目总投资6.5亿元，由蓬莱阁文化旅游集团有限公司建设，英国格拉芙建筑师事务所领衔设计，整体建筑采用木质结构，依山而建，与周围环境融为一体。西侧是葡萄酒学院，总建筑面积约4000平方米，包含葡萄酒生产车间、多功能会议中心、品鉴交流室、酿酒师工作室等，可提供教学培训及葡萄酒全套生产服务。中间是葡萄酒文化展示中心，建筑面积约6000平方米，充分展示蓬莱葡萄酒风土文化、产业规划布局及发展历程，提供产区葡萄酒名品、文创产品、特色农产品的展示销售以及旅游公共配套服务。

Theproject,withatotalinvestmentof650millionyuan,isconstructedbyPenglaigeCultureandTourismGroupCo.,LTD.,anddesignedbyGrafArchitects.Thebuildingsadoptawoodenstructure,andarebuiltbythemountainandintegratedwiththesurroundingenvironment.OnthewestwingliestheWineInstitute,withatotalconstructionareaofabout4,000squaremeters,includingwineproductionworkshops,multi-functionalconferencecenter,tastingroom,winemakerstudio,etc.,whichcanprovideteaching,trainingandafullrangeofwineproductionservices.InthemiddleistheWineCultureExhibitionCenter,withaconstructionareaofabout6,000squaremeters,whichfullydisplaysthecultureofPenglaiwineculture,industrialplanningandlayoutaswellasdevelopmenthistory.Italsodisplaysandsellsfamouswineproducts,culturalandcreativeproducts,specialagriculturalproducts,whileprovidingtourismpublicsupportingservices.

东侧是葡萄酒主题酒店，建筑面积约8200平方米，包含客房16间，雅间7间，多功能厅1间，零点餐厅1间。其中，位于地下一层的1800平方米的恒温酒窖，可同时储存约1200个波尔多标准橡木桶，为整个丘山谷片区提供葡萄酒交易及仓储服务，也为葡萄酒爱好者提供了绝佳的交流互动平台。
