深圳新闻网2023年8月28日讯（记者卢东勃通讯员徐斯媚曾淑雯）8月26日，桃源街道境外人员服务站举办“InternationalStudents＆Talents”桃源外籍学生＆国际人才迎新会，为大学城秋季入学的近百名外籍学生和国际人才安排一次南山短途行，旨在帮助他们快速适应在深学习和生活，建立来深后的第一个交友圈。

TaoyuanSub－districtattachesgreatimportancetoits“Universities，IndustriesandCommunityIntegration”program，“InternationalBlockDevelopment”programand“InternationalTalentsCommunity”program．OnSaturdayafternoon，agroupofaround100internationalnewcomersofPekingUniversityShenzhenGraduateSchool（PKUSZ）joinedafunNanshantourorganizedbyTaoyuanServiceCenterforExpats（TYSCE）．

此次迎新会共有30多个国家的外籍人士参与，是桃源街道推动“三区融合”、国际化街区和国际人才街区建设的综合性活动。

迎新会分为参观桃源街道境外人员服务站、初探环城记和迎新草地音乐会三个环节。活动当天，外籍学生和国际人才一行首先来到西丽湖人才服务中心，在涉外社工的带领和讲解下参观了该中心和服务站，外籍学生和国际人才对其服务内容，尤其对国际志愿服务表示了浓厚的兴趣，不少同学当场报名加入桃源国际志愿者队。

StudentswereguidedtovisitInternationalTalentCommunicationCenter（ITCC）first，thentheyjoineda3－hourssightseeingbustour，followedbyalivemusicshowatPKUSZ．DuringtheirstayatITCC，theylookedaroundthecenterandthenstoppedbyTYSCE．Also，theymetwithTYSCE’sinternationalvolunteerteam．Afterknowingwhatkindofvoluntaryservicestheycouldprovidetothecommunity，studentsexpressedtheirwillingnesstoofferhelpandaskedfollow－upquestionsregardinghowtobecomeaninternationalvolunteerinTaoyuanSub－district．

在初探环城记环节，外籍学生和国际人才一行乘坐深圳观光巴士“红胖子”沿着深南大道—南海大道—沙河西路行车打卡南山区地标建筑，直观地感受南山集科技、生态、商业、生活、发展于一体的成就。行程途经南头古城、欢乐谷、锦绣中华、世界之窗、深圳湾口岸、人才公园、中国华润大厦（春笋）、深圳湾体育中心（春茧）、大沙河生态长廊、万象天地等景点和地标。

随后，一行人回到北京大学深圳研究生院，参加迎新草地音乐会。在国际志愿者的暖场表演和校方领导的欢迎致辞后，外籍学生和国际人才进行了游戏互动。在破冰游戏中，外籍学生和国际人才拉近距离、认识彼此，拥有了来深后的第一个“朋友圈”。

LaterinthelivemusicshowatPKUSZ，aperformancewasgivenbyaninternationalvolunteertokickofftheshow．Facultyrepresentativesdeliveredspeechesinthefollowingsession，briefingoninformationoftheirinternationalnewcomersandextendingwarmestwelcometothosefreshfaces．Whatcamealongwasanicebreakinggame．Participantsgottoknoweachotherandcultivatedfriendshipsintheactivity．That’swhatmadetheentireeventasuccess．

近年来，桃源街道聚焦西丽湖国际科教城和西丽高铁新城建设战略，以大学城片区为核心，建成高层次国际人才聚集的智慧片区，营造浓厚的国际化氛围，打造宜居宜业优质生活圈，构筑人才服务新高地，于2022年底被评为“国际化教育科研特色街区”。未来，桃源街道将持续发力，促进国际先进生产元素、知识技术和高端人才在桃源聚集，积极打造“产城人融合、可持续发展、因地制宜、共建共享”的国际化街区，助力南山这座世界级创新型滨海中心城区的高质量发展。
